Who We Are
We founded Metis Assets because we kept seeing the same problem: families, trustees, and property owners dealing with genuinely difficult real estate situations, and finding that the traditional market wasn’t built for them.
The name is intentional. Metis — the Greek goddess of wisdom and strategy — reflects how we approach every transaction. Not with a template, not with pressure, but with experience, honesty, and a willingness to find the solution that actually fits.
Our founder spent more than 30 years on the Peninsula, building a background in both real estate sales and investing before establishing Metis Assets, LLC in Millbrae. That dual perspective — understanding the market as both an agent and an investor — is what lets us find solutions that one or the other alone often can’t.
